Welcome!
I’m Imelda Webster, founder of Loftus Webster HR.
The path that brought me here has had its ups and downs, but every challenge has shaped who I am today. In my twenties, I took the leap to return to education—an experience that taught me the value of resilience and the importance of believing in yourself, even when things feel daunting. Years later, achieving my Master’s degree became a milestone I’m incredibly proud of, not because it was easy, but because it reminded me that growth is always possible.
Over the last 20 years, I’ve built a career in HR—supporting managers, creating training programs, and helping teams work better together. It’s work I genuinely care about because it’s all about people—their challenges, their growth, and finding ways to make things easier for them.
On a personal level, I’ve had my share of challenges. Living with a long-term health condition has taught me how to adapt and stay focused, even when life throws curveballs. Those experiences have shaped the way I approach work and life—reminding me that obstacles don’t define us; they help us grow.
If you’re looking for coaching or support, whether to tackle workplace issues or explore new opportunities, I’d love to help. Together, we can work on turning challenges into steps forward, and creating something that feels right for you.
