I spent 20 years in HR, working across organisations on complex workplace situations. But the work that really shaped me was building my own career while managing a chronic health condition, working out through experience what actually helps when standard career advice doesn't fit your reality.

That gap became my focus. I combined my HR expertise (CIPD-qualified) with coaching credentials and lived experience to offer something that most coaching or HR consultancy can't: both sides of the picture.
